Dodging Coconuts is a four part series designed to help your board and leadership develop your mission and vision. Led by Sylvia Lovely, this unique exercise will help each participant understand the new challenges faced by organizational leaders and how best to prepare and respond to these challenges. She will guide you through each component of the framework giving you time between each meeting to work individually and as a team to build your plan.
